Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 757 learners. The exam changed in September 2025, when PMI replaced Cognitive Project Management in AI (CPMAI) v7 with the PMI-CPMAI credential and issued a new Examination Content Outline. Most CPMAI preparation on Udemy still teaches the old version. Every lesson here was built against the ECO September 2025 and is reviewed every 30 days as PMI refines the exam, so your preparation is current on the day you sit it, not on the day you enrolled. The instructor holds the PMI-CPMAI, PMP and PMI-ACP certifications. WHY CANDIDATES LOSE MARKS ON THIS EXAM They study AI. The exam tests decisions. It hands you a scenario, four defensible options, and asks which one a competent AI project manager would choose against a specific ECO task. Knowing what a confusion matrix is will not get you there. Knowing when to stop a project at the data readiness gate will. This course teaches that decision logic, then makes you practise it until it is automatic. WHAT YOU GET THE MOMENT YOU ENROL Five downloadable PDFs, in the Bonus Section Resources tab, available immediately. PMI-CPMAI Complete Study Manual. Domain by domain coverage mapped to the ECO September 2025, with exam pattern analysis and PMI reasoning logic for every task. Start here, before the video content. PMI-CPMAI Questions Book. Scenario questions in the four option structure of the live exam. Every answer carries a rationale explaining why each option is correct or incorrect against the specific ECO task it targets. PMI-CPMAI Study Book, Machine Learning. Lifecycle, algorithm selection trade-offs, evaluation metrics, bias and drift management, production governance. This is the technical ground where non technical candidates lose the most marks. Mock Questions Ebook Advanced. Longer stems, harder distractors, final preparation. Short form lessons that isolate one exam relevant concept each, defined precisely and placed in its ECO domain context. Built for rapid recall and revision, not for background listening. 100+ exam style scenario questions with distractor analysis, written to the ECO September 2025 format. A Real Exam Simulator in the Bonus Section. A dedicated lesson on how PMI constructs questions, and what correct answer logic looks like at task level. Monthly content updates, verified against the live ECO. WHAT THE EXAM TESTS, AND WHERE THE MARKS ARE Domain I, Support Responsible and Trustworthy AI Efforts, 15 percent. Privacy governance, explainability requirements, bias detection and mitigation, regulatory compliance under GDPR, CCPA, the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF, and accountability documentation. Domain II, Identify Business Needs and Solutions, 26 percent. Problem definition and validation, AI feasibility assessment, risk classification by type, scope development, ROI calculation, adoption risk management, solution architecture drafting, KPI definition, business case support, resource planning. Domain III, Identify Data Needs, 26 percent. Data specification, SME identification, source mapping and ownership documentation, workspace setup, collection validation, compliance verification, data quality evaluation across every dimension, go or no go readiness decisions, and how to communicate data findings to leadership. Domain IV, Manage AI Model Development and Evaluation, 16 percent. Algorithm selection trade-offs across interpretability, latency, cost and regulatory fit. QA and QC protocols, training oversight, data transformation governance, readiness decisions, deployment go or no go criteria. Domain V, Operationalize AI Solutions, 17 percent. Deployment planning, production validation, model governance and drift monitoring, KPI oversight, lessons learned documentation, transition management, contingency planning. Domains II and III are 52 percent of the exam between them. Most candidates underweight both, and it is where first attempts are lost. WHO THIS IS FOR Project managers with a PMI-CPMAI exam date inside the next 90 days who need a maintained, current preparation resource. PMP, PMI-ACP or CAPM holders adding AI project management to their credential profile. Product managers and scrum masters leading AI or machine learning initiatives without a technical background. Business analysts and consultants working on AI transformation engagements. IT managers and team leads overseeing data science or AI delivery teams. Anyone who wants an AI project management course mapped to a recognised PMI certification, rather than generic AI tooling content. WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED No coding. No prior AI experience. No existing PMI certification. The focus is AI project methodology, governance and leadership, not implementation. HOW THIS COURSE FITS YOUR CERTIFICATION PATH PMI requires you to complete PMI-CPMAI training hours through PMI or a PMI Authorized Training Partner before you can sit the exam. That training teaches you the methodology. It is not a question bank, and it will not tell you whether you are ready. This course is the layer that sits on top of it. You use the required training to learn the framework, and you use this course to drill the ECO, practise exam style reasoning, and find your gaps before the exam finds them. This is independent supplementary preparation created by an individual instructor. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or produced in partnership with PMI, and it does not by itself satisfy the training requirement for exam eligibility. PMI reviews eligibility rules periodically, including the accepted delivery format for those hours. Confirm the current requirements on the official PMI website before you book your exam. AI DISCLOSURE This course is produced with AI assistance. The slide visuals and the voice narration are generated using AI tools. The substance is human work: the selection of what is taught, the mapping of every lesson to the PMI-CPMAI Examination Content Outline of September 2025, the writing of every script, and the authoring of every practice question. Preview the free lessons before you enrol, so you can judge the format for yourself. PMI, PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM and PMI-CPMAI are trademarks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
