In this course you will learn the basics fundamentals of boxing along with professionals tricks. This Course will teach you how to hit the heavy bag like a professional while working on your boxing IQ. The knowledge from this course will not only help you become a better fighter physically, you will also learn to how to outsmart your opponent. You will learn how to fight on the inside and outside. You will also learn styles like Mike Tyson and Floyd mayweather. You will learn Footwork, and counter punching through out the course. Boxing is a thinking sport and is as mental as physical. If you have all of the tricks and tips you will become a great fighter. You will learn to control your power and throw effective combinations. You will learn how to gain speed and power on the punches that you throw. This course will not only make you stronger your boxing skills will increase if you apply the knowledge in this course. This course is to help you learn the art form of boxing not just fighting. If you are equipped with the skills you can only get better as long as you practice. Each Day take time to practice your skills from each section. When you practice these techniques your boxing level, timing and elusiveness will increase.
