The course also introduces structured problem-solving methods, including root-cause analysis for workforce challenges. You’ll practice decision-making using weighted matrices and learn to measure engagement using survey data. A Generative AI literacy module demonstrates how AI tools can support analytics workflows and insight generation. The course concludes with a hands-on project building a workforce health dashboard.
