Effective influence is a key to success at work and happiness at home.    Influence and persuasion skills can be learned just like any other skill. And with this course, you will leverage practical tools and techniques to apply influence strategies, gain commitment from others, foster collaboration, and acquire the specific competencies, behaviors, and attitudes necessary to achieve desired results from others.  This course covers important influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills. These skills are important in many jobs, especially areas such as marketing, sales, and business, but are also valuable in everyday life.
