My name is Ernie Cho and I have been working in Commercial and / or SBA Credit Lending since 2010. Through my experience in the industry, I have gained the knowledge and ability to train those who are looking to grow their understanding and comprehension of this exciting and lucrative facet of banking. Even if you may be coming from a related industry, such as Residential Mortgage Lending, there are major differences between the two that take a ton of effort, attention, and hours of training and understanding in order to develop familiarity. This course will help you gain a better understanding of what Commercial Lenders are looking for and will also give you a firm foundation in commercial underwriting structure, financial analysis, and cash flow.
