Teaching insurance to future insurance agents can be so stressful; there is so much to learn, especially when it comes to Medicare. I hope my course with lots of videos, workbook, and supplemental PDF's simplify your Medicare journey.

We understand that running is not a means-to-an-end but rather an integral part of a healthy and happy life. As people who love to run every day, we want to share the joy of running with you, as your friends, as well as help you to become the best runner you can be, as your coaches. Lightcap 2: Basics of light and its effects on humans
Light is one of our most valuable resources on this earth. It makes the world visible to us, is the major driver of the 24-hr sleep-wake cycle to which not only humans, but virtually all life on earth (fauna and flora) submits. In fact, there would be no life on earth without light. It is therefore hard to overestimate the impact light has on humans, biologically, psychologically, socially. And yet, we hardly ever think or speak about light. LIGHTCAP’s 2 “Basics of light and its effects on humans: Light, cognition, alertness, sleep” covers light as a physical phenomenon and introduces important psychological and chronobiological outcomes – how to measure them and how light acts on them. The course is one in a series of four, each with a different disciplinary basis and with complementary perspectives to the domain of light for humans. The basis of this course is a combination of physics, psychology and chronobiology. In this course you will: (1) be introduced to important concepts such as cognition, alertness and sleepiness and self-report tools to measure them (2) learn what light is. What standard light sources have been defined by the CIE and how we measure light (3) learn how light is processed in human eyes and be introduced to new measures of light since the discovery of the ipRGC (4) learn how psychophysiology responds to light and how we measure these responses (5) be introduced to EEG as a method of measuring cognition and alertness (6) see how EEG is being applied in light research and learn about basics of EEG data visualisation and interpretation (7) learn about the link between light and sleep health (8) understand in greater depth the impact of light on sleep health and learn that there may be important individual differences in non-visual light sensitivity

Lower Back Pain: Relaxation and Therapeutic Exercise
Through this course, we will take a research based approach to lower back pain relief. It is estimated that 80% of Americans will suffer from lower back pain. The primary cause of lower back pain is poor postural patterns caused by tight muscles. The Corrective Exercise approach to lower back pain is a Research based 3 Step system: Relax, Lengthen, and Strengthen. The first stage is to relax tight muscles. In this video, we demonstrate how to use a technique called "Self Myo-fascial" release to relax muscles that are tight or "over active". We use specific tools to relieve the muscle tension such as tennis balls and a foam roll. Once we relaxed the tight muscles aggravating the back, we move to the Lengthening stage. In this stage, we focus on specific stretches to target over active muscles. The stretches will lengthen the tight muscles to a proper length and tension. Our final phase is to strengthen muscles that are too weak or "under active". In this phase we focus on strengthening all parts of the core and developing strength through the hips as well. We end with a functional and dynamic exercise to teach the body to move together with proper mechanics. This video is based on Research and you will experience the results. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon, Matthew Tanoue CES, PES, cPT

Master Generative AI for RPA from basics to Advanced
Generative Artificial Intelligence represents a transformative advancement in the field of machine learning, enabling systems to produce original content such as text, images, music, and even code. Built on sophisticated algorithms, generative AI leverages large-scale data sets and deep learning models, particularly neural networks, to identify patterns and recreate human-like outputs. Among the most notable generative AI models are transformer-based architectures like GPT and GANs, which have revolutionized creative and analytical processes. Generative AI operates by learning from a given dataset during a training phase, where it identifies relationships and features within the data. It then uses this understanding to generate new, plausible content that adheres to the learned patterns. For instance, in text generation, models like GPT can produce coherent and contextually relevant passages that mimic human writing. Similarly, GANs, used in image synthesis, consist of two networks—a generator and a discriminator—that work in tandem to create and refine realistic visuals. As generative AI continues to evolve, it holds the promise of fostering unprecedented innovation while reshaping industries and human creativity. Its success lies in striking a balance between its transformative capabilities and the ethical considerations it necessitates. By addressing its limitations and risks, generative AI can emerge as a powerful ally in solving complex problems, amplifying human ingenuity, and paving the way for a more connected and creative future.

The ultimate bio hack! • Precise frequency equals faster healing results! • How you can trust your body to heal and empower yourself to become your own healer and others too! For those interested in solfeggio frequencies, 111Hz is the main master frequency binaural beat/difference tone between two forks in a set of 6, 9 or the full 18 set of Zobet forks e.g. 285 and 396Hz or 417 and 528Hz (396-285 - 111Hz and 528-417Hz - 111Hz) etc and whilst I don't cover the indepth teachings of solfeggio frequencies in this course, I do cover the basic healing benefits of the 111Hz frequency. To learn about Zobet frequencies indepth (where solfeggio frequencies actually come from), you'll find many DVD's/videos, eBooks, a 111Hz presentation (Why 111Hz & Why now?), a 111Hz masterclass webinar series and a solfeggio tuning fork practitioner course, together with many other practitioner courses on my website. These new topics now include:- • Aluminium vs. Steel Tuning Forks • Does precise frequency matter? • Fake forks and how to avoid them • What instruments can transmit precise frequency • Other healing frequencies; & • Why it's helpful to detox to support your healing & others too. N.B. Kindly note this is an Intro/Beginners course focused more on the theory of wholistic sonic science using tuning forks, rather than the practical application of tuning forks, as it's simply not possible to cover that in a beginners course of this length. Practical application techniques onto key body areas and meridian points for personal self care and practitioner use for clients are however covered in depth in my many different certified practitioner courses on my website. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Pillar #1: Drug Development - From Bench to Bedside
Have you ever taken over the counter or prescription drug? Are you curious about how these drugs are developed, approved and brought to the market? We begin by providing an overview of drug development and approval process and the role regulatory agencies, such as the US Food and Drug Administration, play in the approval process. We discuss phases of clinical trials – phases 1, 2, 3 and 4 – to evaluate efficacy and safety of drug products, along with case studies. We define pharmacoepidemiology – a scientific discipline to study use, safety and effectiveness of medical products and interventions – and the role it plays throughout the drug life cycle with relevant case studies. We also discuss how pharmacoepidemiology informs regulatory, policy and clinical decisions. Finally, we provide high-level overview of essential tools – study protocols, data sources, study designs and analysis – to conduct pharmacoepidemiologic studies.

A New Communication Framework for Healthcare
As clinical care providers, we shoulder the stories of many patients. Because we’re usually in a rush, we don’t have the luxury of finding out all the information that we would like to. But no matter the situation, our understanding of the human story will determine a great deal about our communication. Research shows that when we hear a story, our brain begins to sync with the storyteller. We quickly make connections drawn from our own lives and can fill in other aspects in a story like meaning, emotion, narrative trajectory and so on. As the listener, it’s relatively easy to hear a story and imagine, empathize and even come up with possible solutions to alleviate pain. But not so easy when you are the provider—and part of the story itself. Why is that? Why can we do it from a distance, but it’s so difficult to see when we are one of the people in the story? This course discusses these questions. Join palliative care physician Dr. Kathryn Winters, along with the Sanford Institute’s Center for Compassionate Communication at UC San Diego Health, for this fascinating, personal and instructive lesson on how to better understand the stories involved in clinical care—both provider and patient.
